Brock Environmental ServicesSince January 23, 2004, Brock Environmental Services; a company specializing in the development of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans “SWPPP”, Erosion Control Plans, TCEQ Mandatory Project Inspections and Inspector Training Classes has become a leader in the Storm Water Management and Development Industry. From the beginning, our vision has been and continues to be, helping solve a growing problem in the construction industry, by assisting our Owners and Contractors in keeping their projects 100% Compliant. The EPA has aimed its considerable resources at the construction industry through the Clean Water Act's National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) storm water construction general permitting program. Beginning in early 2006, even small municipalities in urbanized areas will be charged with enforcing these regulations. Given the changing nuances of enforcement, the growing tangle of overlapping enforcement agencies and the stiff consequences for non-compliance, our SWPPP services business exists to serve construction activity Owners Operators and Contractor Operators by implementing a set of compliance services that cover all facets of SWPPP compliance:
